Kevin Johnson, CEO

Kevin Johnson, newly appointed CEO of Lambert Gray, Inc., has over 10 years of management experience in Fortune 500 companies in variety of roles including Product Development, Manufacturing and Marketing. However, in his leadership role at Lambert Gray Kevin is enjoying the opportunity to reconnect with his roots. Kevin grew up in Southwest Idaho working in his father’s general contracting and lumberyard business where from the age of 13 on he gained experience in just about every aspect of residential house construction. After high school, Kevin left home and the construction business to pursue his education receiving a BS in Physics at Boise State University and then a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering at Colorado State University (Magna Cum Laude). Kevin then moved to the Northwest where he has worked in a variety of high-tech industries as an electrical engineer, engineering manager, senior manager and director for companies including Hewlett Packard, Agilent and Philips. The knowledge and experience Kevin gained in the corporate world is now being used to guide Lambert Gray in leveraging its proven ability to provide “Excellence in Design and Renovation” to become an industry leader in Kitchen and Bath remodeling.

Dennis Lambert, Operations Director

Dennis Lambert is the president and founder of Lambert Gray, Inc. and has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. At the age of nineteen, Dennis started working for Rand’s Woodcraft, which specialized in light commercial construction. Dennis advanced quickly, and by the age of 24 he was the foreman for large projects. In 1994, taking the knowledge and experience he had received from Rand's, Dennis decided to start his own remodeling company. His time at Rand’s was invaluable, giving him a vast array of experiences. From bidding a job down to installing the most detailed finish work, he had learned it all. It wasn’t long before Dennis decided to specialize in kitchen and bath remodels and opened a kitchen and bath showroom. Dennis is the Operations Director and is responsible for quality control.

Chad Lambert, CKD Design and Sales Director

Chad Lambert has been around construction his whole life. As a child, he would accompany his dad Dennis to work just for the opportunity to pound a few nails. Chad has been working full time for Lambert Gray since the summer of 2000, but he had previously worked many summers with the company. After a few years of working in the field, Chad made the decision to transition into designing kitchens and baths instead of installing them. With his experience in construction and cabinetry installation, Chad has the ability to not only create aesthetically pleasing designs, but highly efficient and functioning spaces as well. Chad has also earned his Certified Kitchen Designer (CKD) certification through the NKBA. This is a major accomplishment in the industry. It takes seven years of full time experience, 60 hours of education through the NKBA, as well as professional and past client affidavits to even be eligible to sit for the rigorous two part exam. CKD's are also required to gain Continuing Education Units (CEU's) to prove their ongoing improvement of skills and knowledge.

Beverly Lambert, Showroom Manager

Beverly Lambert, the wife of Dennis Lambert, founded and ran the other Lambert family business, Third Street Interiors. In 1992, she opened A Country Gift Shop which later became Third Street Interiors. Third Street Interiors sold home décor and furnishings. It was a good pairing with Lambert Gray, and both companies were run out of the same building. As Lambert Gray continued to grow and needed more space for their showroom, the decision was made by the Lambert family to merge Third Street Interiors with Lambert Gray and focus solely on the kitchen and bath side of the company. Beverly is now the Showroom Manager for Lambert Gray and will usually be the person to greet you when you walk in the door.
